Shannon and Joey’s June wedding was full of charming, rustic elements, and surprises. “All the little details,” made the day special, Shannon says. The theme was romantic and woodsy, the setting was the backyard chicken coop, and the design was highlighted by lots of crystal chandeliers. “The ceremony floor was covered with woodchips, the aisle lined with old milk cans and cream colored potted begonias,” she notes, adding, “My favorite detail was the 42-inch chandelier that hung above us as we said out vows.” As for surprises? Her dad bought a 1949 red Dodge truck so they could drive into the ceremony in style.
